Beginning - Learn all the basics like making and using templates, saving files properly, inserting tables and pictures, formatting text, bulleting and numbering.

Advanced - Learn how to setup a mail merge from MS Excel or MS Access, use macros, track changes, insert MS Excel documents, link documents and more.

Microsoft Excel 2000/XP

Beginning - Learn how to make formulas like adding colums ad rows, calculating tax and make averages. Learn to make invoce templets. Learn formating, and creating sharts from data.

Advanced - Learn how to link mulitiple exel documents togther and make charge that disply data from multiple worksheets. Also learn how to make macros

"Getting Started with Windows"
This program is a great instructions to Microsoft Windows operating system (Versions ’98, 2000, Me, XP) and included the personalized coaching by a patient trainer on the following areas:

Reviewing the desktop:
Start, recycle bin, My Computer, mouse clicks – left and right, double and single, time and calendar

Manipulating Windows:
Opening, closing, minimize, maximize, move, size, scroll, taskbar – working with multiple documents and/or programs

Menus and Dialog Boxes:
Menus, mouse shortcut menus, keyboard shortcuts, display properties

Windows Explorer:
View files, create new folders, copy files and folders from/to disc, delete files and folders

Available in a 3.5 hour course (1/2 Day)

Web "surfing" & E-mail Management Program
Learn: Internet Explorer, Netscape, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, Outlook Express, CC Mail, AOL, Groupwise and many more.

Beginning – creating email, replying, forwarding, creating contacts, creating appointments, events and tasks.

Advanced – special features, flags, importance, recall, mail merge, special printing, managing contacts, meetings in calendar, using email with contacts and calendar

Creating a contact database, printing an address book, finding contacts, sorting contacts, categories, groups, schedule activities, tasks, creating a letter, templates, creating email in ACT!, reports, customizing, forecasting, sync info w/other programs, import from other programs.
